I’m Kevin Toes, presenter of The Broken Biscuit Show on 3Bs Radio. Two hours of classic, pop and rock from the ’50s to today—connected by great storytelling with a cheeky and self deprecating humour.

The on-air recipe

Kevin turns musical history and context into accessible, entertaining radio—informing the audience without ever sounding like a lecture or getting in the way of the song.
An accessible interview that explores the artist’s experiences and personality as well as the records, without becoming overly specialised.
Beyond the broadcast
Strong radio will always begin with a compelling voice, but its future reach will depend on giving great on-air moments a visual life beyond the studio.
Kevin understands the need for a joined-up social media strategy and has ideas for turning interviews, stories and listener-led features into distinctive visual content—helping a programme build recognition, conversation and a wider audience without losing what makes the radio itself special.

From sidelines to soundwaves
When a ten-year spell coaching Launton Boys U17s ended, Kevin went looking for something connected to music. A ten-minute conversation with 3Bs Radio somehow ended with him agreeing to host a show.
He went live in February 2025. The Broken Biscuit Show took its name from the mixed tins his mum bought when he was young: unpredictable, full of favourites, and always worth opening. That remains the format—and the promise.
